As part of a transformation within the Bingley Town Council, BPG were approached by Bowman Riley with the opportunity to tender for a public toilet conversion into offices for the council. After undergoing some value engineering exercises, BPG were appointed principal contractor for the scheme. With the site being an old toilet block, a complete in-depth strip-out was required. Once this was completed the works could begin. New electrical services needed to be installed within the building to allow for power in terms of accommodating a new office.
