Building Projects Group successfully tendered and won the scheme for Interserve Engineering Services Limited. Any City Centre located project will bring additional challenges which Building Projects Group needed to overcome which is no more apparent when dealing with logistics & health and safety. Many of the 25 floors remained live during the project which meant that some of the work needed to be completed out of hours. All requirements needed to be coordinated with the end user to provide seamless delivery each day.
