The challenge

The University of Bradford has over 10,000 enrolments every year. In order to keep up with their increasing popularity, the university was in desperate need of some refurbishing. This had to happen while the building was being used, without disrupting day-to-day activities.

The solution

Building Projects Group delivered fit-out services to several classrooms, making them more modern and desirable to the students. A new seminar room and several new clinic rooms were also refurbished and reformed. This included everything from decoration to electrical, lighting, and fire alarm installation.

The benefits

The client was thrilled at our ability to operate without disturbance. The university is now able to provide even better state-of-the-art facilities and accommodate the ever-increasing economy. We ensured everything was completed on time and within budget, leaving the University of Bradford very happy.
