The challenge

Due to the area of the building and the location of the 8 floors, planning, delivery, and working times had to be organised with maximum precision. With such high specification and difficult design details, large and difficult shipments had to be carefully arranged, such as the delivery and installation of over 150 solid oak door sets and more than 30 tons of Italian marble.

The solution

Working alongside the client and their M&E consultants, we made sure to lay out detailed plans on how the project would progress. Under time and budget constraints, we delivered everything the client wanted. Care and attention went into ever installation, meaning the high-quality features requested became a real standing-out point for the finished build.

The benefits

The client was speechless with the finished result. As well as being under budget and finishing early, they commented on how well the design and finish looked, and also explained that craftsmanship was apparent in every detail. This was all achieved by our intelligent and strict construction plan. M&E contractors followed this plan closely, which allowed us to really get the luxurious finish the client required.
