The challenge

Heinz had come to the end of a tenancy agreement and were instructed to carry out dilapidation works prior to formal handover of the building to the owners. This required a complete restoration to the site’s former standard, and involved a multitude of strip-out, demolition, and finishing works. Due to this wide scope, the project was set to be a huge challenge. Add on a tight time frame, and it was set to be a complex undertaking.

The solution

Environmental Engineering was the principal contractor on the project. They chose to enlist our services because of our ideal skill set in managing a diverse range of contractors all working within the same controlled area. Our extensive experience was essential in completing the dilapidation and restoration work successfully on time and within budget.
