Heinz had come to the end of a tenancy agreement and were instructed to carry out dilapidation works prior to formal handover of the building to the owners. This required a complete restoration to the site’s former standard, and involved a multitude of strip-out, demolition, and finishing works. Due to this wide scope, the project was set to be a huge challenge. Add on a tight time frame, and it was set to be a complex undertaking.
Environmental Engineering was the principal contractor on the project. They chose to enlist our services because of our ideal skill set in managing a diverse range of contractors all working within the same controlled area. Our extensive experience was essential in completing the dilapidation and restoration work successfully on time and within budget.
Careful planning and communication - together with strict monitoring of health and safety plans and procedures - was critical to ensuring a successful completion of the works. Building Projects Group delivered the dilapidation and restoration works in the 9-week timeframe to the delight of Environmental Engineering and Heinz.
