United Utilities snaps up Building Projects (UK) for another three years
Leading high-care construction specialist, Building Projects (UK), has recently won a three-year framework agreement with United Utilities for the second time running following a series of successful projects undertaken for the water company in the North West region.
The new agreement will see the Hadfield-based company continue to undertake planned maintenance and refurbishment works for United Utilities’ vast North West property portfolio.
Building Projects (UK) was selected as a preferred contractor for United Utilities having impressed previously across a variety of sensitive areas of works, ensuring that strict health & safety guidelines were adhered to whilst minimising disruption to operations and maintaining a safe working environment.
