HMG Paints appoint Building Projects for critical works

Building Projects are continuing to increase their commitment to working as partners with major loss insurance adjusters. The open, co-operative style of Director Adam Bell is quickly winning over those who are becoming disillusioned with confrontational contractors who price works cheaply with the expectation of clawing back profit as the works progress.

The latest project involves the rebuildingĀ of a significant retaining wall which formed a part of a river embankment. Whilst water levels are high and the flow is fast at this time of year and certainly not helpful to construction, it was for these very reasons that work requirements became critical. Engineers working for insurers have identified a very real risk that further deterioration to the river bank could cause serious structural problems with the buildings on site, which in turn could significantly effect production on site

Working seven days a week during the critical periods, Building Projects are working to an eleven week programme and are currently forecasting completion one week ahead of schedule.
