Heinz Foods had come to the end of a tenancy agreement and were contracted to carry out dilapidations works prior to formal handover of the building to the owners. Environmental Engineering was principle contractor on the project and chose to work with Building Projects Group because of their skills in managing a diverse range of contractors all working within the same controlled area. The project was a challenge because of the wide scope of works required in a tight timeframe.
